Who makes the items for Vital Bridal Keepsakes?
Myself and my husband Lenny design and create each keepsake that is ordered. We carefully design, craft, package and ship each order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders that will be shipped, we take all major credit cards through Paypal or Etsy direct checkout. If you are local and will be picking up your order, we can also take credit cards through a Square reader or we accept cash.

How far in advance do I have to order an item?
Most orders are filled in 7-14 days. Larger orders for bridal parties, wedding favors and the like will take longer. If you need to have a mock-up of a design done, or need help creating a design, these will take a few extra days as well. If you are unsure if your order will get to you in time, contact us to discuss your vision.

I like a product I see on your webpage, but I want to personalize or change the design, can I do that?
We are very flexible on design changes and customizing items to fit your personal needs. Please contact us to discuss your design vision.

I found a product you don’t carry, can you make it?
We have access to a very diverse range of products and designs. If you’ve found it online, chances are we can probably get it for you. Please contact us to discuss the particulars of the item and design you are looking for.

How are items shipped?
We ship most items via US Postal Service and primarily use the Priority Mail service. The USPS guarantees 2-3 day delivery with Priority Mail making it an efficient way to get your items to you quickly. Occasionally we will ship FedEx. If you have a shipping preference or are unable to receive FedEx packages, please let us know when placing your order.

What if something is broken in shipping?
Shipping accidents do happen from time to time especially when shipping fragile items like glass wear. If you have received a broken item in the mail, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can get a replacement out to you ASAP. We appreciate any information or photos you can provide regarding the damage so we can file an insurance claim with the USPS and notify them of the broken item.
